Since we are not an authorized reseller of any of the watches we sell, if the watch or merchandise you purchase from Lido Watch Club is subject to a third party manufacturer’s warranty, then the watch or merchandise will be governed by such third party warranty (to the extent such third party warranty is assignable to you) and will not be governed by our limited one-year warranty. If the watch or merchandise you purchase from us is not subject to a third party warranty, then Lido Watch Club warrants that during the warranty period, the merchandise that you purchased from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. 


Lido Watch Club warranties all watches for one full year from the date of invoice unless otherwise indicated in the listing or invoice. 

  • The limited warranty only covers manufacturing defects. 
  • The limited warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals, glass, straps – leather, fabric or rubber, damage due to wear and tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance limitations, and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse.
  • All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Lido Watch Club. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. Lido Watch Club will cover all parts and labor or replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period.
  • Shipping and insurance costs for warranty returns to Lido Watch Club must be covered by the customer.

This limited one-year warranty only applies to US customers who originally purchased the watch from Lido Watch Club as reflected on their respective invoice at the time of purchase. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the merchandise.

In the unlikely event that something does go wrong with your watch within one year of the date of purchase, the watch would need to be sent back to us. We will then engage the services of our highly qualified, professional watchmakers to see if we can repair the watch using only genuine manufacturer parts. If the defect is of a particularly serious nature, we will have the watch returned to the respective original manufacturer for repair which may take a minimum of 8-12 weeks to repair a watch (or longer, if parts are back ordered).
