Otherwise, every watch on our site is in stock, so your order will be processed and shipped based on what payment method you use, and when we receive the settled funds, your signed invoice and a copy of your ID, as outlined below. Rest assured, all domestic orders are shipped through FedEx 2 Day and are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during its transit, to protect your investment – at no charge to you.*

  • Payment by Wire: Orders paid by wire will be shipped on the day we receive confirmation of the funds from our bank. The cut off time to receive incoming wires is 2:00pm PST.  Please note that we accept wire transfers only. ACH and other forms of electronic transfer will not be accepted.
  • Payment by Credit Card: Orders paid by credit card will be shipped two (2) business days after the credit card company has approved and “settled” the order. Due to the heightened risk of fraud associated with shipping luxury timepieces, Lido Watch Club will ship all orders to the address on file with your credit card company.
    • We do, however, realize that there is often a desire to have the item shipped to an alternate address. If you would like your order shipped to an address that is different, other than the one on record with the issuing bank, we ask that you contact your credit card company by calling the phone number on the back of your credit card, and request to place an “alternate shipping address” on record, so that we can verify this information. By stating that you want an “alternate shipping address” it is a routine process where the credit card company will add a notation on your record that will not cause any change in your billing information.
    • This will ensure that both you and we are protected from potential fraudulent orders.
  • Payment by PayPal: Orders paid by PayPal will be shipped two (2) business days after we receive confirmation of the funds from our bank. PayPal orders can be shipped only to the “verified” address on record.
  • Payment by Affirm: Orders paid by Affirm will be shipped two (2) business days after we receive confirmation of the funds from our bank. Affirm orders must be shipped only to the “verified” address on record.

* Other Shipping Terms:

  • To process your order, we require that you return your signed invoice (electronically), with a copy of your drivers license back to us.
  • You must provide a street address, as FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses including U.S Territories/Provinces.
  • All of our free 2 day insured deliveries shipped through FedEx will be delivered on a business day, Monday through Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays, for that service.
  • Must Sign For Delivery: Please note that due to the nature of our products and their value, every single one of the packages we send out will need an adult signature at the time of delivery. For insurance reasons, we are not able to ship our products if there isn’t an adult available to sign for the package upon delivery.
  • If you are an international customer, we do offer shipping for an additional fee. Also, for international orders, only Payment by Wire will be accepted.
